Cyclone Gabrielle Update
We're in for a rough couple of days up here in the top half of the North Island!
Although the Playtech offices and warehouses are doing fine, we're working at a reduced capacity as a couple of our team members are working from home right now.
We're working with our courier company to continue shipping orders, but we're trying not to take any unnecessary risks - this may mean that your order takes an extra day to arrive, but we'd rather this than ask our delivery drivers to head out in unsafe weather when they've already gone so far above and beyond the call of duty in the last couple weeks!
If you've got an outstanding order with us and you're nervous about receiving a delivery during the storm then feel free to contact our team and we can put a hold on it for a day or two until the weather clears up!
