This year we're looking to double down and really focus on our range of custom PC Systems, but we don't want to be just another generic PC retailer shipping boxes off the shelf - we want you to think of us more like a tailor than a t-shirt store.
As some of you may be aware, we've been transitioning our business to a more "online" model for quite some time - and as part of that process we're making some changes to how we communicate with customers. As of May 2020 we'll be handling all sales and support queries through our website, and all in-person consultations will be by appointment only.

|What do I do if I have a faulty product?|
