Contact-less Pickup & Drop off Instructions

Retail Store

Our retail store will still remain closed for "face to face" transactions, but our online store will resume business as usual with the addition of offering contactless "Click & Collect" pickups between 1pm and 3pm on Weekdays. 

Our online store is now the ONLY method of placing orders and all shipped orders will be delivered via our courier partner using a contact-less method. Daily order cut-off for courier pick up is at 12:30pm.

Please expect delivery time to be longer than usual as both Playtech and our courier partner are running with minimal staff in order to reduce risk.

Tech Support

We will now accept contactless drop-off's for repair, troubleshooting & RMA processing. Before dropping off your equipment, please lodge a support ticket and wait for confirmation with our team before heading over.

Click & Collect

Between 1-3pm Weekdays we will be allowing "Click & Collect" Customers to pick up their orders. Orders placed before 12:30pm should be processed and ready for pickup "same day" but PLEASE wait for the pickup confirmation email before heading over.

Tech Support, RMA Pickup & Drop Off

Between 11am and 1PM we will be acception drop-offs for Tech Support, RMA and Service jobs. Before you drop off you MUST have received confirmation from our support team that they are ready to receive the gear.

NOTE: We will not be available to diagnose hardware on the spot or "while you wait" and you will not be able to enter the playtech premises to troubleshoot. All communication between drop-off and pickup will be handled exclusively through our support portal.

Pickup Procedure:


Please follow the below procedure when picking up your order.

Step 1

Please queue outside the Playtech warehouse door, be mindful to observe a two metre distance from other queueing customers. When you reach the front of the line PLEASE DO NOT CROSS THE YELLOW AND BLACK LINES. A Playtech Staff member will first confirm your order or RMA reference number.

Step 2

Once your reference number is confirmed please step back two metres from the yellow lines while our team retrieve your order.

Step 3

A Playtech staff member will approach the yellow line with your order, and place it OUTSIDE THE LINE.

Step 4

The Playtech Staff member will return back behind the yellow and black lines.

Step 5

Once the Playtech stagg member is past the second yellow line you may approach and pick up your order. AT NO TIME MAY YOU CROSS THE YELLOW LINE.

Step 6

You are now free to return home to enjoy your new gear!

Drop Off Procedure:


Please follow the below procedure when dropping off your service job or RMA return.

Step 1

Please queue outside the Playtech warehouse door, be mindful to observe a two metre distance from other queueing customers. When you reach the front of the line PLEASE DO NOT CROSS THE YELLOW AND BLACK LINES. A Playtech Staff member will first confirm your order or RMA reference number.

Step 2

Once your reference number is confirmed please place your item OUTSIDE THE YELLOW LINE and step back two metres.

Step 3

A Playtech staff member will approach the yellow line and receive your item.

Step 4

Once your item has been retrieved you may return home, A Playtech Staff member will process your return and contact you through our support portal to update you on the process of your repair or return.
