Shipping Delays during Alert level 2
As restrictions on non-essential deliveries have eased over the last couple of weeks, Kiwis have been online shopping up a storm! With early May seeing domestic parcel deliveries reaching an all time high! In fact, our courier service is currently processing over 200 packages per MINUTE!
What does this mean for me?
It means your order might be running a little bit behind schedule, We're doing our best to process orders as soon as they come in - but due to the courier services being absolutely inundated with deliveries it might take a couple extra days for your order to arrive.
How can I keep track of my order?

As soon as your order is processed by our staff and placed into the courier bay for pickup, you'll receive an automated e-mail that includes a tracking link. This link will take your through to our courier services tracking page which will keep you up to date with the progress of your delivery.

How do I turn on delivery updates?
Simply click through from the tracking link in your email, then scroll down to the "Tracking History" section and you should see a little bell icon and a link to turn on delivery updates. This means you will receive notifications every time the status of your order is updated!
Can I waive the signature requirement?
Sure! Just head to the tracking page (click the link in your shipping confirmation email) and scroll down to "Delivery Options" section.

From there, simply click the "Leave My Parcel" box and follow the instructions to authorise the courier to drop off your parcel if you're not home.
Can I redirect my parcel?
Sure! Just head to the tracking page (click the link in your shipping confirmation email) and scroll down to "Delivery Options" section.

Click on the "Redirecy My Parcel" button and you'll be able to enter a new address for your package to be delivered to.

Please note: This may cause further delays in your delivery.
